Who is the Clarity Sprint for?

Founders of companies with real revenue and roughly 10 to 50 people, where decisions wait for the founder and priorities stall after planning. It works whether or not you run EOS. It is not for pre-revenue founders still validating an idea, and I will say so on the first call.

Do I need to run EOS to do a Clarity Sprint?

No. If you run EOS, I read your Scorecard, Rocks and meeting the way your team already uses them. If you do not, the report starts from how you actually run and drafts a simple rhythm: one meeting, a short list of numbers, and priorities with one owner each.

Why pay for a diagnostic instead of getting a free consultation?

Because a free consultation is a sales call, and both of us know it. Two paid weeks buys you the truth about your own company from someone with no reason to flatter you, including the parts that say you do not need to hire anyone yet.

How much of my leadership team's time does it take?

One existing leadership meeting, which I sit in on and do not change. Roughly 45 minutes with each leadership team member. And about an hour of yours. Nothing new gets introduced during the two weeks - I am watching how you actually run, not how you run when you are being watched.

What do you need from us to start?

A signed NDA before we discuss your business, access to one existing leadership meeting, whatever numbers you already track, and time with each leader. Nothing new gets built or installed during the two weeks.

Can the Clarity Sprint run remotely, in my time zone?

Yes. It runs remotely for founders in the US, UK, Europe and Australia. I am based in Kerala, India, and the meeting I sit in on and the leadership conversations are held in your hours. The deliverable is a written report, so nothing depends on live overlap.

What if the report says we do not need you?

Then it says that, and I will tell you what to do instead. It has happened. A founder who hears that early and keeps their money remembers who told them, and that has sent me more work than any sales page ever has.
