About Krishna Kumar
I'm the Integrator You Call
When Your Vision Outgrows Your Week.
Most founders are running two jobs at the top - the Visionary who sees where to go, and the Integrator who makes the company get there. Doing both is what buries them. That's the seat I take.
I'm Krishna Kumar, a Fractional Integrator and Fractional COO based in Kerala, India. For over eleven years I've run my own company, Ksoft Technologies, delivering 20+ products for clients in the US, UK, and Europe. Before software, I served as an airman in the Indian Air Force. I now join scaling startups part-time - one day a week - to run the leadership rhythm, own the scorecard, and drive quarterly priorities to done, and serve as Fractional COO of Menu Order AI.

By the Numbers
Real Impact. Measurable Results.
Every number here represents a founder who avoided a costly mistake and shipped a real product.
The Journey
From Ground Crew to Integrator Seat
Eleven years of building, running, and operating - distilled into a seat that works for Visionary founders at every stage.
Ground Crew, Indian Air Force
Served as an airman before software. Ground crew has one rule: check the machine before it flies. The pilot gets the glory - the ground crew makes sure the plane comes home. That discipline never left.
Started as a Software Engineer
Began building production software, working across full-stack development, system architecture, and enterprise applications - the technical foundation every Integrator engagement now runs on.
Founded Ksoft Technologies
Started running his own company - payroll, delivery, hiring, firing, shipping, missing, recovering, and shipping again. Eleven years of operating a real business, not consulting from the sidelines.
Noticed the Same Founder Everywhere
Kept meeting the same profile: a true Visionary, full of ideas and drive, completely buried - sitting in both the Visionary seat and the Integrator seat because nobody else could.
Formalized the Integrator Practice
Built a repeatable system for taking the Integrator seat part-time: a two-week diagnostic, a weekly leadership rhythm, a live scorecard, and quarterly priorities driven to done - all NDA-first.
20+ Startups Across US, UK & Europe
Crossed 20 startups served across three continents. Launched the Consult With Krishna podcast to share unfiltered insight on leadership, execution, and the founder bottleneck.
Expertise
What I Bring to the Seat
Six areas founders trust me most with - each grounded in 11+ years of hands-on operating, not theory.
Weekly Leadership Rhythm
Run the weekly leadership meeting to a clock - issues named, solved, and closed. No meeting that drifts, no decision that waits a month for the next one.
Scorecard & KPI Systems
Build and own a live scorecard, so problems show up in numbers before they show up in fires. The truth in the numbers, every week - no surprises at quarter-end.
Quarterly Priorities, Driven to Done
Set quarterly priorities with one owner and one deadline each, then drive them to done - not tracked in a spreadsheet nobody opens.
Team Accountability
Hold the team to its word, handled with respect - not fear. When everyone knows who owns what, promises get kept and trust follows fast.
EOS® Implementation
Fill the Integrator seat for companies running EOS® - Level 10 Meetings™, Scorecard, Rocks, the full toolset - or bring the same operating rhythm to companies that don't.
Founder-Integrator Handoff
Document the seat while running it - meetings, scorecard, playbooks - so a future full-time Integrator or COO steps into a working system, with a clean handover when the time comes.
Real Problems. Real Fixes.
Founder Bottlenecks I've Solved
Not case studies with polished PR language. These are the actual situations founders have brought to me.
Every decision above a small size waited until the founder was in the room
Installed a weekly Level 10 Meeting with clear issue-solving time, so the leadership team could clear decisions without the founder in every conversation.
A priority slipped every quarter because nobody actually owned it
Set quarterly Rocks with one owner and one deadline each, tracked weekly on a live scorecard visible to the whole team.
Founder couldn't name the week's three most important numbers from memory
Built a scorecard of 5-8 weekly numbers tied directly to the health of the business, reviewed every Monday in five minutes.
Team brought the founder problems they could have solved themselves
Rebuilt the meeting structure so issues get raised, owned, and solved inside the room - not escalated up by default.
A hard conversation with an underperforming lead sat unaddressed for months
Ran the accountability conversation directly, framed around role clarity and the scorecard - not personality.
Company ran EOS® on paper but the Level 10 Meetings had quietly stopped happening
Re-installed the full rhythm - meeting, scorecard, Rocks - and ran it personally for the first quarter to rebuild the habit.
How I Work
The Integrator Onboarding Process
From fit call to a running leadership rhythm in two weeks - written scope and fee before anything changes.
Fit Call
We start with a free 30-minute call. You walk me through your company, your stage, and where the bottleneck sits. By the end, you'll know whether the Integrator seat is a fit - I'll tell you straight, either way.
Two-Week Diagnostic
I meet your leadership team, sit in on how things run today, and map where decisions stall, where priorities slip, and what the scorecard is missing.
In the Seat
I take the Integrator seat on your leadership team - one day a week. I run the weekly meeting, build the scorecard, and set the first quarter's priorities with the team.
Rhythm & Accountability
Every week: the meeting runs on time, the scorecard tells the truth, and priorities move toward done. You get one plain-English update - not a stack of dashboards to interpret yourself.
Systemize & Handover
As the rhythm becomes habit, I document the playbooks so a future full-time Integrator or COO can step into a working system - and I hand over cleanly when that day comes.

Founder Stories
What Founders Say After Working With Me
These are real founders. Real outcomes. No curated PR language.
Krishna doesn't just tell you what you want to hear. He looked at how we were actually running and told me straight where the gaps were. That kind of honesty is rare.
What stood out was how quickly he understood the business. Within one conversation he was already asking better questions than people who'd been in the room for months.
I'd tried to fix things myself for a long time. Krishna brought structure without making it feel bureaucratic - just clarity on what mattered and who owned it.
Before, I was the bottleneck for almost every decision. Working with Krishna showed me how much of that didn't actually need to sit with me.
Why Krishna?
Why Founders Choose Me Over the Alternatives
Most founders have four options. Here's how they actually compare.
Six-month search, full-time salary, three-month notice periods before you even find out if it's a fit.
In the seat within two weeks. A fraction of a full-time salary, none of the hiring risk.
Hands you a report or a plan, then leaves. Nobody answers for whether it actually happened.
I take a seat. I run the meetings, own the numbers, and answer for the outcomes - every week.
Coaches the system quarterly, from the outside. Between sessions, the rhythm depends on someone else running it.
I'm in the seat weekly, running the rhythm myself - not coaching from the sidelines.
You stay in both seats - Visionary and Integrator - and the company grows only as fast as your week allows.
You get the Visionary seat back. I run the week so you can run the future.
Direct Access
You speak with me, not a coordinator. My number is on the website.
Scaling Startups Only
I don't consult for enterprises or pre-revenue ideas. Founders of real, growing companies only.
NDA First
Every engagement starts with a mutual NDA. Your numbers and your team are protected from day one.
Honest Advice
If your company isn't ready for an Integrator, I'll tell you on the first call - not after the invoice.
Remote-First
Eleven years working with founders across US, UK, and European time zones. Remote is my default.
Proven Operator
20+ startups served, 11+ years running my own company - enough pattern recognition to spot the bottleneck fast.
How I Think
The Principles Behind Every Engagement
Not a list of corporate values. These are the actual beliefs that shape how I run the seat.
Truth in the Numbers
The scorecard says what it says, even when it's uncomfortable. Most Integrators soften bad news to stay liked. I'd rather lose the engagement than let a founder run on numbers that aren't real.
The Seat, Not the Sidelines
Advice from the sidelines is easy to ignore. I take the seat - run the meeting, own the scorecard, answer for the outcome. Every engagement starts with real ownership, not a report.
Visionaries First
I don't take every leadership seat. I work exclusively with Visionary founders of scaling startups who are ready to hand over real ownership - not just tasks.
Build to Hand Off
The goal was never to stay forever. I document the seat as I run it, so a future full-time Integrator or COO steps into a working system - and I help you hire them.
